With over 25 years in wellness, I’ve dedicated my life to understanding the body’s natural ability to heal and thrive. My journey began from personal experience—growing up with undiagnosed health challenges led me to seek a better way. When I became a mother, my mission intensified, as I wanted nothing more than to provide my children with the healthiest foundation possible.
For two decades, I owned a family health food store and operated my Wellness Practice inside of the store, helping others on their wellness paths. But my personal experiences—transformative home births, deep dives into natural healing, and a relentless pursuit of knowledge—propelled me into my own practice. I trained in Iridology, Biofeedback therapy, Reflexology, Nutrition Response Testing, Sound and Color Therapy, Reiki, Spiritual Energy Healing, Yoga Instruction, Children's Meditation, and more—all with the purpose of guiding individuals toward mind, body and spirit balance and Overall Wellness.
Today, I focus on simplification without sacrificing impact. Through Biofeedback stress management, heart-based nutritional analysis, and trusted wellness technologies like Lifewave phototherapy patches, Standard Process supplements, and Melaleuca wellness products, I help people reclaim their health naturally. My work is fueled by passion, purpose, and the desire to empower others—not just in their wellness journeys, but in finding their own path to fulfillment.
